What a gorgeous shot of Mabry Mill in the Blue Ridge Mountains (Virginia). Such a peaceful, serene setting.

Sitting on the edge of the water. Taking a worm and baiting it on the hook of a line that is attached to a long, thin tree branch. Gently "cast" the line into the water. Now to sit quietly, watching the dragonflies skip across the surface of the calm water. Listening to the frogs calling to one another. All the thoughts of your daily life are no longer with you - all you are thinking about at this moment is the beauty of the trees, where they simply meld into the banks of the water.

Who cares if you ever get a nibble on your line. Just to enjoy this moment that you will never live again. That is life!

Every crime committed by an illegal immigrant should never have happened!!!

Just a thought!


Has anyone ever thought of what would happen if we allow all the illegal immigrants currently in the United States to become citizens?

Let me give you a quick scenerio.

Now that they are citizens, the people who have been using their services could no longer take advantage of them. They would NOW have to pay them minimum wages. And any company that has over 20 employees would be required to provide some type of medical insurance for them.

OK - so now these companies are looking at a big financial drain. What do you think they are going to do? Do you think they will start paying their current "employees" who are now citizens the minimum wage? Do you think they are going to provide them with some type of medical insurance coverage?

I doubt it very seriously.

They are going to recruit more illegals to cross the borders for cheap labor.

So now we have even more illegals entering the country.

Does any of this seem like a feasible solution to our illegal immigrant situation?
