This has to be one of the most refreshing pies I have ever had. Everyone I have shared this recipe with has told me that their dinner guests loved it!
4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softenedBeat cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk until creamy. Gradually add milk, beating until well blended. Add pudding mixes. Beat 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping.
1-1/2 cups cold milk
2 pkg (4-serving size each) Jell-o Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
1 Nilla Pie Crust (6 oz)
1 cup strawberries, sliced
Spoon into crust; top with remaining whipped topping.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Top with strawberries just before serving.
